This offer includes a comprehensive dental examination, scale and clean and polish, all necessary x-rays, intra-oral photos and fluoride treatment.
Patient must have valid private health insurance with dental cover on the day of treatment for item numbers: 011 (examination), 072 (photo records), 114 (remove calculus), 121 (topical fluoride agent), 022 & 037 (x-ray & OPG)
The private health insurance card must be brought along to the appointment.
For patients who do not have private health insurance with dental cover or insurance that covers only part, or none of the invoiced amount, the fee schedule will be as follows:
- $120 for patients 12 years and under
- $80 for patients 6 years and under
It is the responsibility of the guardian to check the cover of the individual receiving treatment prior to attending the appointment
